Refund policy

All BG Laser Craft products are made to order and usually personalized specifically for each customer, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer input errors.

If we made a mistake, such as an error in engraving, a damaged item, or a defect in workmanship, we will make it right — at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.

Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order. We MAY catch user input errors and if so we'll contact you (assuming we have your contact info) but as a rule we engrave exactly what you provide, so we recommend reviewing spelling, names, and dates carefully. If you're unsure about anything, reach out before placing your order — we're happy to help.
