Shipping policy

As a made-to-order business, we typically need a few days to do image prep (if needed), engrave your item, and get it shipped out.  If we have questions and have to contact you, that will add to the prep time.  This prep time is in addition to shipping carrier delivery times.  Apologies for this, and we do try our best to get items delivered ASAP, but it's the nature of this sort of business.

We are currently only able to ship within Canada.  If you are from outside Canada, please send us a message via the contact page ( https://bglasercraft.ca/pages/contact ) and we will look into shipping to your area.

Like anyone, we are at the mercy of the carriers we use to ship products to you.  We cannot predict or be responsible for carrier delays or damage incurred in shipping.
